Rainbow Waterman was born in Texas but has spent most of her life here in Tucson. Rainbow spent 15 years in the multi-family housing industry. She began her property management career as a leasing agent. After proving her skills, Rainbow was promoted to property manager and finally to Reginal Manager. During her tenure as Reginal Manager, she supervised six properties totaling over 1,000 units in the Tucson and Sierra Vista region. Recently Rainbow has transitioned into single family home property management. Tucson Realty & Trust Co. Management Services, L.L.C. is thrilled to have Rainbow with her property management expertise on our team.

Rainbow has a Bachelor’s of Science degree, specializing in Criminal Justice. She attended Hogan School of Real Estate and received her sales license in 2015.
